How Our Dehydrated Fruit & Vegetable Powders Are Made
We're the manufacturer, not a reseller. Every pouch of Trishul Foods powder goes through the same six steps at our own unit in Nellore, and we film the process so you can see it for yourself.
The Six Steps Behind Every Pouch
Fresh produce
It starts with fresh fruits, vegetables and leaves: onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, beetroot, carrots, moringa, amla, bananas and apples. Produce is sorted by hand before it goes any further.
Washing
Everything is washed thoroughly in clean water to remove dust and soil before it goes any further.
Slicing
The produce is sliced into even pieces. Even slices dry evenly, which gives a consistent powder batch after batch.
Dehydration
The slices are dried under controlled conditions to remove moisture. Taking the water out is what makes the ingredient light and shelf-friendly while keeping its flavour and colour.
Pulverization
Once fully dried, the slices are milled into a fine, smooth powder that mixes easily into food and drinks.
Packing
The powder is packed into resealable zip-lock pouches (150g for retail) and sealed.
All the Ingredient, None of the Prep
Saves prep time
No peeling, chopping or grating. A spoon of powder goes straight into the pan, glass or batter.
Available all year
Seasonal produce like amla and beetroot stays on your shelf long after the season ends.
Less kitchen waste
Use exactly what you need and reseal the rest. No more spoiled vegetables at the back of the fridge.
